Elizabeth Ayala was raised in Pomona, CA. She is a recent graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She started a position as a Remote Recruiter for Fenix Consulting Group where she feels she has been able to challenge herself in many ways. Elizabeth has gained tools and knowledge that has allowed her to see things in a more positive light and have a more innovative mindset.

Working for this organization has additionally helped her with creating a different ideology that has impacted her home and work life. Elizabeth plans on becoming a human resources generalist, and to gain more knowledge about entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Elizabeth loves to keep herself busy. She enjoys going to Barnes and Noble and picking up the top reads. She also loves taking long hikes with her dogs to enjoy nature and on the days she wants to be cozy she enjoys indulging with Netflix. This year, she hopes to challenge herself and take the opportunity to travel more.
